1Stand design brief & consultation

We listen – Our consultative approach to a stand design project involves us building a clear picture of your organisation, brand values and marketing strategy. One of the most important considerations when designing a stand is to identify the objective, or desired outcome from an event.
We pride ourselves on creating stands that not only look amazing but also provide all the functionality needed to best present your products and services to your stand visitors.
On of our experienced in-house exhibition stand designers will carefully consider a combination of creativity, practicality, form and function when putting together initial ideas for a new stand design project.
We go beyond the stand design and advise our clients on all aspects of planning a successful exhibition to help you maximise your return on investment.
We understand that the overall success of a clients stand is down to much more than just having a fantastic exhibition stand.
2Buy or Hire?

Stand HIRE is the best option if:
- You are exhibiting for the first time and just want to test the market before making any longer term exhibition plans.
- You currently only exhibit once or twice each year and don’t have a longer term exhibition strategy.
- You have previously used portable self assembly display stands but now want a cost effective option to make a much bigger impact with your stand in order to attract more prospects. You also no longer want the time and stress of managing the setting up and taking down of the stands yourselves.
- You like to have the flexibility to change the overall look and feel and size of your stands each time you exhibit.
- You already have a stand but require an additional stand for an exhibition which is running at the same time.
- You need a stand supplying within a very short deadline (we can design & install a hire stand within just 3 weeks).
- Your immediate budget won’t stretch to the outright purchase of a new stand.
- You simply prefer the overall flexibility of a ‘pay-as-you-go’ approach to your exhibition stands rather than the longer term financial commitments of purchasing a stand, the potential design restrictions that buying a set stand can impose, and the burden of the associated ongoing storage costs.
- You are an international exhibitor and looking for a cost effective stand solution for an exhibition in the UK.

Important FACTS about hire stands:
- On average, the hire costs for a stand structure would be around ¼ of the outright purchase cost.
- All our hire stands are supplied and installed in perfect ‘as new’ condition. Our hire components are carefully inspected, cleaned and refurbished after each use and our attention to detail is unprecedented.
- We can design and manufacture totally bespoke, one off elements, for your stand and integrate these into the overall hire stand as required.
- Graphics and any bespoke stand elements we have produced for your hire stand can be securely stored in our warehouse between exhibitions and re-used on future stands.
- If you are planning a series of 2 or 3 exhibitions using our stand hire service then we can offer a discounted contract rate for multiple hires and re-use as much of the relevant graphic content as possible to keep costs to a minimum.

Stand PURCHASE is the best option if:
- You require a stand for a committed long term series of exhibitions (more than 5).
- You are confident that you know what stand design will work best for your series of exhibitions during which you don’t intend on changing the overall design significantly*

3Production of life-like 3D design visuals

Our design team know how important it is for our clients to be able to visualise how their stand will look at their next event. This is why, when we complete your FREE initial design concept, we use the latest 3D design software to make your next stand design come to life.
4Stand & graphics manufacture

Regardless of what product or service you require from us – whether it’s a large scale custom build stand or a portable self build stand or even wall graphics for your office, we’ve got it covered.
Our in-house large format printing and finishing services allow us full control over all aspects from start to finish.
5Stand plans and RA/MS forms submission

For customers who opt for the full stand design and build service, we take care of submitting the numerous forms required by the exhibition organisers.
We will submit your detailed stand plans for build approval along with the necessary risk assessments, method statements and CDM regulation compliant forms. We also organise for all the additional onsite services required for your stand build such as electrics, internet access, water supply, rigging and much more.
6Stand pre-build

Once we have agreed on the perfect stand design to meet with your event objectives, we get to work in producing all aspects of your stand. We even offer a full pre-build of the stand at our facility so you can see it completed before it is assembled at your event.
Your dedicated project manager will keep you informed of progress every step of the way and is always on hand to provide help and support to make the project as stress free as possible.
7Stand delivery, installation & breakdown

Our dedicated stand build team will handle all aspects of the on-site build anywhere in the UK and Europe allowing for a stress-free, convenient experience.
There is nothing to compare to the stress-free convenience of our highly skilled stand build team, who manage all aspects of the delivery, installation (UK & Europe) and subsequent dismantle of your stand at the end of the show and return to our secure storage facility.
They handle all aspects of the onsite services (electrics, internet, rigging etc) so as to make the whole process as easy as possible for you, so all you need to do is turn up and enjoy a successful show.
8Secure storage between events

After the event our dedicated stand builders will dissemble your stand with care and attention in order to ensure that it is safely packed for its journey back to our secure stand storage facility in Lancashire.
For customers who want to use their graphics time and time again quality storage is essential to maintain the lifecycle of your stand/graphics.
We also offer additional storage services to clients who would like us to store and manage their merchandising / promotional collateral between shows. Providing customers with a detailed inventory of all items so that they can recall items for their next show with ease.
9Post show review

As part of our turnkey, fully managed service we carry out an after-show debrief with our clients. This post show review is an opportunity to discuss various aspects of the stand design including messaging, message placement, layout and functionality. The purpose of this debrief is to highlight any areas for improvement whilst the show is still fresh in peoples mind.
